Introductions

I'm not Lowell Bennion. I never even knew Lowell Bennion. I was about 5 years old when he died. I'm sure at some point he probably held me and talked to my parents about me, but I can't really remember that.

I'm writing this blog under his name to continue what he did. He was an apologist. A philosopher. A counselor. A writer. And no matter how far down these paths I go, I can always look ahead and see Lowell beckoning me on.

It's insanity to claim that I know exactly what he would want, say, do. But if I know anything about my great-grandfather, it's that he was a defender of ideas. And so, with the blessing of a man who never shied from sharing and protecting opinions, I'll be writing here.
